polypropylene Easybag is mainly used in intermodal containers, in transportation by rail or by road. The load parameters are fully absorbed, i.e the Easybag must absorb the forces encountered during transit.
ZIn addition a polypropylene plastic offers 100% protection from water splashes, condensation or other miscellaneous moisture influences. In particular, the 'Heavy' design with 150 g/m2 offers an even higher resistance to piercing than a kraft paper Easybag.
There are two different woven polythene Easybag grades
Medium (90 GSM = 0,2 bar)
Heavy duty (150 GSM = 0,4 bar)

The more precisely you analyse your application (i.e. you know the weight and height of the goods, you are able to determine the transit time and carriers, and you know the climatic influences), the easier it is for us to recommend the ideal Easybag for your application.
Every Easybag has the unique pinball safety valve. In comparison with the conventional silicon rubber inserts this valve is absolutely airtight, without additional safety stoppers or screw attachments.
