Container Awning

the alternative to container netting

OEMSERVs container awning, also known as Cargo Safety Sheet, is made to secure your cargo and save the people from falling goods when opening the container doors.

It is designed for lighter goods and when ever loose cartons are loaded into the container.

The system consists of four 25mm strapping belts of 3,5 meter with an attached hook on one end and a 2,3 x 2,3 meter PP woven sheet with four attached clamp locks, one on each corner.

The four belts are made from our G85 strapping with a linear strength of 1000 daN.

That is strong enough to hold the first rows of cartons safely back in the container.  The final cross lashing make this system far stronger than most container netting systems.

Step 1

Easily hook the four prepared straps into the existing container attachment points ( eyes ).

Step 2

Put the straps into position to the container door.

Step 3

Fully load the container.

Step 4

Fix and pre-tension the cover by inserting the 4 straps into the attached  clamp locks on each corner of the awning.

Step 5

Connect the straps diagonally, each with a buckle, and tension the belts tightly.         Ready
