Polyester Composite Strapping
Known as ‘synthetic steel’, polyester composite strapping has many advantages over other conventional, manually applied strapping products such as steel straps, metal banding, rope, plastic straps and stretch film. Compare to those, OEMSERV polyester composite strapping is faster and safer to use and also more cost effective.
Composite is made of parallel layers of untwisted, single polyester threads covered with polypropylene. The special recipe of our polypropylene coating ensures an optimal compound with the polyester fibres and is resistant to most chemical solvents, caustics and acids.
Due to its high abrasion protection it is well suited for any product with rough surfaces and edges.

Usage
The usage of polyester composite strapping is easy and safe. With the OEMSERV tensioners and wire buckles you can apply the strapping system to your cargo in short time, a minimum force and without any risk to damage the cargo's surface.
The polyester composite does not split, is flexible and can be used universally to many applications. For all composite belts we recommend to use our nitrated wire buckles. In several test they have performed better than others.
Material
OEMSERV polyester composite strapping is manufactured from various high tenacity yarns embedded in a plastic coating.
The core of our composite strapping is made of untwisted polyester yarns. The unique and patented manufacturing process for untwisted yarns allows this strapping to achieve higher strength and lower elongation.
That makes OEMSERV polyester composite strapping to the strongest in the market.
