Kraft paper Dunnage Bags
Safely secure your cargo during transit,
by preventing movement and absorbing impacts.
The purpose of a dunnage air bag is to secure the cargo and create a bulk head during transit. That can be a sea container, a rail car, a truck, a vessel or inter modal.
The dunnage bags will be fitted into the gaps or void between the cargo and then carefully filled with compressed air.
Kraft paper air bags are rigid, solid and strong due to the multi-layer technique. Their performance level is classified in this 4 categories.

All our dunnage bags IN-LINER are made of a special extruded poly-ethylene (PE-mixture) with the guarantee of a perfect tightness even under high pressure.
For the OUT-LINER we use layers of special extensible kraft paper with a very high TEA to match with all applications.
Only kraft paper from best quality and tear force will be used for the air bag production process and that guarantee the best possible air bag performance.

Don´t over fill the bags to avoid damage to your cargo. Now your cargo is effectively secured during the transportation.

The width of the bag is most important and depend on the size on the gap to fill. The length of an air bag can freely be adjusted to the size of the cargo.
Size of gap v/s air bag
> 30 cm gap = 60 cm bag
> 40 cm gap = 90 cm bag
> 50 cm gap = 120 cm bag
> 60 cm gap = 150 cm bag
We produce two kind of valve, the Standard valve or the MEGAFLOW fast filling valve system.
The Standard valve has been tested and approved by our customers in many million air bags.
The MEGAFLOW valve allows you to fill up air bags much faster with our special designed air filling devices.
The so called 'Venturi' effect saves up to 50 % of inflation time.
The basic construction of any dunnage bag is the combination of two major parts.
The IN-LINER ( also called bladder or balloon ) with actually hold the compressed air tight at high pressure levels,
The OUT-LINER ( the cover ) which gives the shape, the stability and the enormous strength to the dunnage air bag.
The strength of an kraft paper air bag depend on the OUT-LINER's material thickness and number of layers.
