Polyester Woven Belts

Strapping, also known as bundling and banding, is the process of applying a strap to an item to combine, hold, reinforce, or fasten it.

Perfect for bundling as they can be re-tensioned in case of volume loss in the packaged goods and has a high breaking load, linear and within the system.

We provide our woven strapping belts with a width from 13 mm to 25 mm and a traction force of 470 to 2400 daN within a system.

Baling Press ( BP )

On this woven strapping belts we apply a special glue coating to make it sticky.

This will prevent an uncontrolled unwinding from the coil and make this product perfect for the usage in automatic baling press machines.

  • no damage to most surface
  • no corrosion & easy handling
  • low investment cost
  • high shock absorption
  • a small, manageable system
  • limited resistance against lye and acids
  • no risk of injury for shippers and consignees in using or opening the strapping
  • available width 13mm to 25mm
  • linear breaking strength available from 295 to 1500 daN

Advantages:

Available types :

Woven strapping and lashing belts are made of high tensile polyester yarns.

Due to its material characteristics it has low elongation (below 10%), is highly tear proof and absorbs very little moisture.

Woven strapping belts do not splice and are flexible and universally applicable.

Our competent sales team will be happy to assist you in choosing the right strapping band and the matching accessories.

Polyester Woven Strapping

Polyester Woven Lashing

Lashing is an arrangement of rope or belt used to secure two or more items together in a somewhat rigid manner.

One-way cargo securing strapping with a high tensile strength is an economic and easy to handle alternative for conventional tension belts and / or complex wooden crates for load securing. The usage of lashing is steadily increasing as a method for load securing on flat racks and in containers.

Advantages:

  • High tensile strength
  • Certified by Germanischer Lloyd
  • Superior resilience, low elongation
  • Combinable with other cargo securing
    systems -e.g. dunnage bags
  • DB approved
  • available width 32mm to 50mm
  • linear breaking strength available from
    2000 to 7500 daN
  • One-way strapping for securing (lashing) on flats, rail and in containers
  • Different colours and printings available
